Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by damaged or defective items. We recommend contacting our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving an item if you would like to return or exchange it. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a return or exchange. The item cannot be returned if it has been damaged or worn. It is important to keep all packaging, labels, and invoices in order to make a successful return. It is possible that a return will not be possible if certain items are missing. In the event that you receive an item that is not in original condition or has missing parts, please contact our support team within 48 hours.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The return of perishable items, such as flowers, plants, and personal items, is not permitted. It is not possible to return or refund digital products once they have been viewed or downloaded, such as e-books and software. Each of these categories will be explained during the purchase process if there are any specific exceptions.
Return Shipping
If the product is returned, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the user. If we made a mistake, we will refund any shipping charges associated with the return.
