Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to all pin codes across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all details.
Delivery Timeline
Our standard shipping typically takes between 3-8 business days, ensuring you receive your latest fashion finds promptly.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order:
Our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery up to two times.
If all attempts fail, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In case your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package with photographic evidence.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after verifying with the courier partner.
